(a) two tickets to a Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the United States or Canada (excludes events occurring in Quebec) during the 2016 concert season; and two VIP Club Passes; or (b) two tickets to a Live Nation Festival in the United States during the 2016 concert season or a Live Nation produced and promoted concert in
Canada (excludes events occurring in Quebec); round-trip, coach class air transportation for two from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada to the major airport nearest the concert or Festival; one double occupancy standard hotel room for two nights/three days; and a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.

(5) First Place prizes each consisting of one $100 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value of all First Place Prizes is: $500.00 USD/$642.35 CAD.

(10) Second Place prizes consisting of one $50 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value of all Second Place Prizes is: $500.00 USD/$642.35 CAD.
