Grand Prize: The grand prize (“Grand Prize”) is a trip to Medford, OR for winner and up to 3 immediate family members (“Guest(s)”) that consists of the following:

(i) Three (3) night stay for up to 2 adults (for which purposes, any individual 12 or older shall be considered an adult) and up to 2 children under the age of twelve (12) in a family treehouse consisting of three (3) beds, kitchenette, private bathroom, private deck and daily breakfast at a treehouse resort in the Medford, OR area (the “Treehouse Resort”);

(ii) Coach roundtrip travel to Rogue Valley International Medford Airport from the closest major airport to the Grand Prize winner’s permanent residence,

(iii) Rental car (subject to (i) having a named driver who is aged 25 or over, with an unrestricted, valid automobile driver’s license in good standing in at least one (1) U.S. state, (ii) providing such security deposit as rental car company requires using a valid credit card in named driver’s name, and (iii) possessing all of the requirements to rent a car required by the car rental company), to be picked up at or near Rogue Valley InternationalMedford Airport upon scheduled arrival and returned to the same location on the scheduled date of departure for use during 4 day, 3 night trip duration, ;

(iv) Admission for GPW and Guests to a zip line course, and

(v) Admission for GPW and Guests to participate in a Pendulum swing experience.

The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five Dollars ($4,895.00).

Open only to legal U.S. residents of the fortyeight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are the age of majority in the state or DC in which they reside or older as of February 29, 2016. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.
