(4) winners: ONE (1) PRIZE: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for Winner and (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend 2016 ESSENCE Festival® Presented by Coca Cola® (the “Event”) in New Orleans, Louisiana (the “Trip”). The Trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest New Orleans, LA (as determined by the Prize Provider), three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only) (hotel as determined by the Prize Provider), two (2) 3-day tickets for the Attendees to the Event (seating as determined by the Prize Provider), and a one (1) year subscription to ESSENCE® Magazine (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500.00).

The total ARV of all prizes is $14,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and who register during the Promotion Period to become a member, or confirm their registration, in The Steve Harvey Nation (the “Fan Club”). There is no cost to become a member of the Fan Club.
