(20) Live Well Weekly Winner Prizes of $500 each will be awarded, one each week throughout the Giveaway Entry Period. Upon conclusion of the last Giveaway Entry Period, ten Live Well Challenge Prizes will be awarded, one for each level of eligibility, based on the number of Challenges entrants participate in as follows: participation in one Challenge: $500; participation in two Challenges: $750; participation in three Challenges: $1,000; participation in four Challenges: $1,250; participation in five Challenges: $1,500; participation in six Challenges: $1,750; participation in seven Challenges: $2,000; participation in eight Challenges: $2,750; participation in nine Challenges: $3,500; participation in all ten Challenges Grand Prize: $25,000. Maximum value of all prizes: $50,000.

Open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. age 18 or older at time of entry.

Limit: You may enter a given Challenge only ONE time.
