(1) Grand Prize Package: The Grand Prize package is meant to be split between the Contest entrant and the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission. The Grand Prize consists exclusively of: six (6) pairs of DENIZEN® jeans in entrant and “mom’s choice of size and style (subject to availability on Target.com) - three for the entrant and three for the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission- and the following prize elements to be awarded to the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission: one (1) “spa basket” with an approximate retail value of $100; one (1) $500 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $767.94.

Eight (8) Daily Prize Packages: Each Daily Prize package is meant to be split between the Contest entrant and the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission. Each Daily Prize package consists exclusively of: two (2) pairs of DENIZEN® jeans in entrant and “mom’s choice of size and style (subject to availability on Target.com) – one for the entrant and one for the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission; one (1) $50 Target gift card for the “mom” subject of the Contest story submission. Approximate retail value of each prize package is $105.98.

Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $1615.78.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) Contest entry per person/ Facebook account during the course of the Contest Period.

From May 1, 2016 through May 8, 2016, Sponsor’s representative will select at random one (1) story per day from the DENIZEN® brand page on the Facebook platform as a potential winner of the Daily Prize for the applicable entry period, subject to verification.

On or about May 9, 2016 eligible Facebook submissions received during the Contest Period will be evaluated by a panel of independent judges selected by the Sponsor to determine the one (1) Grand Prize winner.
