Offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Except for the Online Code, each Code may only be used once. The Online Code is non-unique but may only be used once per entrant per day between 12:00 AM ET on May 5, 2016 and 11:59:59 PM ET on May 18, 2016. Regardless of how many Codes are obtained by an entrant, the method used to acquire the Codes, or the method of Game Play, there is a limit of one (1) Game Play per entrant each day during the Game Period.
Except for the Online Code, each Code may only be used once. The Online Code is non-unique but may only be used once per entrant per day between 12:00 AM ET on May 5, 2016 and 11:59:59 PM ET on May 18, 2016. HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE: During the Game Period, an eligible entrant may obtain an entry code (“Code”) using one (1) of the following three (3) methods. Entrants may only obtain a Code either through a legitimate drink purchase at a participating Taco Bell restaurant or for free as described below. Codes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized means. Each Code is valid for one (1) Game Play, as defined in Section 4, throughout the Game Period.
A. With a Drink Purchase: Eligible consumers who purchase a 30 oz drink from a participating Taco Bell restaurant during the Game Period will receive one (1) Code printed on the cup, while supplies of cups with Codes last. Not all Taco Bell restaurants will participate in the Game.
B. Without a Purchase (Mail-In Code Request): To obtain a Code without making a purchase from April 14, 2016 through May 4, 2016, an eligible consumer must legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: Taco Bell and Blizzard Game Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by May 4, 2016 and received by May 11, 2016. Administrator will send one (1) Code by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request. Each entrant may obtain no more than one (1) Code per day (as determined by the postmark date on each postcard), and no more than twenty-eight (28) Codes in total, through this method of Code request. Multiple mail-in requests with the same postmark date will be deemed one (1) request. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed.
C. Without a Purchase (Online Code Request): Between 12:00 AM ET on May 5, 2016 and 11:59:59 PM ET on May 18, 2016, an eligible consumer must click here (Link in rules) and follow the onscreen instructions to obtain one (1) online Code (the “Online Code”). No more than one (1) Online Code may be obtained through this method.
