One (1) grand prize ( “Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will consist of: one (1) Fandango digital promo code (“Fandango Promo Code”) for a year of movie tickets, redeemable at www.fandango.com or via the Fandango App (calculated at four (4) movie ticket purchases per month, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $800.00), one (1) FandangoNOW digital promo code (“FandangoNOW Promo Code”) for a year of movie or TV show rentals or purchases, redeemable at www.fandangoNOW.com or via the FandangoNOW App (calculated at four (4) movie title purchases per month, ARV $800.00) (collectively, “Promo Codes”).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is one thousand six hundred dollars and zero cents ($1,600.00).

Open only to permanent, legal residents of the forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older), as of April 18, 2016
