GRAND PRIZE (1): A Luxury Included® Vacation for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests (one (1) adult guest and two (2) minor guests who must be fifteen (15) years of age or younger) to any Beaches Resort with locations in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos (Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica, and Beaches Ochos Rios – A Spa Golf & Waterpark Resort in Ochos Rios, Jamaica). Vacation consists of five (5) days and four (4) nights luxury hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy), all meals, beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, access to the Xbox Play Lounge and Kids Camps, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Sponsor will provide round-trip air transportation, with a round-trip cap of $500 per person ($2,000 total value) for winner and each guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to destination. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and depart from the same gateway. Any air-transportation costs exceeding $2,000 will be the winner’s sole responsibility. Air transportation is not provided by Unique Travel, Corp. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,500.

FIRST PRIZES (2): A $200 voucher towards a future booking at Beaches Resorts and Beaches swag items including one (1) Coffee Mug, one (1) T-shirt, and one (1) Beaches Bag. ARV of each First Prize is: $220.

SECOND PRIZES (10): An Entenmann’s Little Bites prize package including one (1) Entenmann’s Little Bites product, one (1) Little Bites Cinch Bag, and one (1) Plush Little Bites Dog. ARV of each Second Prize is: $22.

ARV of all prizes is: $7,160.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
