(5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for Grand Prize winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada scheduled to take place from May 21, 2016, through May 23, 2016, to attend the 2016 Billboard Music Awards on May 22, 2016. Trip includes (i) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one guest from an airport nearest winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) two nights’ standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations in one double-occupancy room; (iii) one $500 corporate check stipend which may be used by winner for ground transportation and meals while on trip; (iv) tour of the venue and opportunity to watch at least one performer rehearse and/or conduct a sound check; (v) two tickets, passes, or other credentials for red carpet access at the Event; and (vi) two tickets to the Event. ARV of each Grand Prize package is $4,100.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $20,500.

Open to legal residents of the fifty U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.
