One (1) Grand Prize: A Prize package consisting of the following: 1) $12,000 awarded in the form of a check in the name of the winner which may be used, at the winner's sole discretion, toward one year's mortgage payment; and 2) A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Game 1 of the 2016 MLB World Series championship (exact date, time, Clubs participating and location of game to be determined) (the "World Series Game") consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest to/from a major U.S. airport near to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game; two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to attend the World Series Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the "Grand Prize") (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $15,500).
