One (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the "Trip Package") for the Grand Prize winner (the "GP Winner") and up to three (3) guests each (one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent if the GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a "Guest", collectively the "Guests") to Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. If a GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a Minor, the remaining Guest must be the Parent of such Minor. The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Bloomington, MN. GP Winner and Guests. GP Winner and Guests are responsible for their own transportation to/from their residences and the airport; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations at the JW Marriott in Bloomington, MN or similar hotel as determined by Sponsor (two [2] double rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel; (iv) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); (v) four (4) all-day wristbands which will grant the wearer access to an unlimited number of rides on participating attractions during a single day at Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America; and, (vi) four (4) admission tickets to the Flying Dutchman Ghostly Gangplank ride at Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $7,373.96.

First Prizes (100). One hundred (100) first prizes (each a "First Prize", collectively the "First Prizes") are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each First Prize will consist of either a "SpongeBob SquarePants"-themed or "PAW Patrol"-themed prize pack, winner's selection while supplies last. The maximum ARV for each Frist Prize is $50.00; the total maximum ARV for all First Prizes is $5,000.00.

The total ARV for all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $12,373.96.

To enter the Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian ("Parent") prior to entering if you are under the age of majority in your state of residence (18, except AL and NE, 19 and MS, 21) (a "Minor") and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area"), and (ii) between the ages of three (3) and fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry or the Parent of a child between the ages of three (3) and fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry.
