Twelve (12) Grand Prizes are available (one (1) per Entry Period): Each Grand Prize consists of a 3-day / 2-night trip for Winner and his/her guest to attend the Race Event for the corresponding Entry Period, as detailed in his/her notification (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following:

(a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest to an airport in close proximity to the Race Destination from a major airport near Winner’s residence as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (or, if the Winner lives within 150 miles of the Race Destination, such Winner will receive $500 in lieu of airfare);

(b.) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by the Sweepstakes Entities (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);

(c.) two (2) Race Event credentials;

(d.) the opportunity for the Winner or Winner’s guest to ride in the Honda IndyCar ;

(e.) a $250 general use Gift Card; and

(f.) a check in the amount of $1,500 made payable to winner to help offset incidental expenses and tax liability.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $6,000.

Cumulative ARV of all prizes: $72,000.

Open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry.
