One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) Train performance occurring between June 15, 2016 and December 31, 2016 and two (2) passes to meet members of Train at the performance for which tickets were awarded, along with US$5,000.00 in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner which can be used by the Grand Prize winner as they choose. Sponsor will provide Grand Prize winner with a list of performance dates and venues and the Grand Prize winner may select the performance they wish to attend. Cash equivalent of the ticket price will not be awarded if the Grand Prize winner is unable or unwilling to select or attend a performance. The two (2) passes to meet members of Train have no cash equivalent value.

The maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,500.00.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses a person may have.
