One Grand Prize consisting of (1) Rock Flight which includes (2) VIP tickets to EDC New York at Citi Field in New York, NY scheduled to take place on May 14 to May 15, 2016; round-trip, air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. to New York, NY, departing May 13, 2016 and returning May 16, 2016; (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for (3) nights/ four (4) days; and a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation. Selection of airline, hotel and concert seat locations are solely within Live Nation’s discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Live Nation reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from concert venue.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($3500.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America who have a valid social security or tax ID number, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
