Round trip air travel for Winner and his or her guest is a coach, standard or economy class fare approved in advance by Sponsor from a major commercial airport nearest to Winner’s primary residence in the United States or other airport if approved in advance by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner’s primary residence is within 150 miles of New York City, NY. Hotel accommodations are for one double occupancy standard hotel room in New York City with a ranking of three stars or higher, hotel to be selected by Sponsor. For yoga session with Kathryn Budig, session to be arranged on a date and at a time agreeable to Ms. Budig; for the Helicopter Tour, the tour will be selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s discretion, after consultation with Winner; and for the Spa Day, the Sponsor shall select the spa and eligible treatments to be selected by Winner and his or her guest.
