The Winner will receive a trip for Prize Winner and (1) guest on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip consists of

(i) roundtrip air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Prize Winner’s residence to SFO or OAK airport and

(ii) (3) days and (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy; room and tax only) in or around Napa County, California in a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Prize”). If Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof.

ARV of the Prize: $4,999.

Open to legal residents that physically reside in (1) of the (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia and are the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least (18)) as of date of entry.
