(5) Prizes: First prize is Liberty Safe. Sponsor estimates that the value of the prizes are (in United States Dollars) $499 respectively.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States (excepting Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
