Contest Prizes and Approximate Retail Values – Each of the nine (9) Official Monthly Category Contest Winners will receive one-thousand dollars ($1,000) awarded by check. The (1) Grand Prize Contest Winner will receive $5,000 awarded by check. There are a total of (10) Contest prizes with a total value of all Contest prizes of $14,000.
Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: (1) potential Weekly Winner will be selected in each of the (12) Weekly Sweepstakes and each will win a $100 VISA Gift Card. There are a total of (12) Sweepstakes prizes available with a total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes of $1,200.

Rules
Open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and/or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.
There is a limit of (4) Contest Submissions per person in any given Monthly Contest, providing that each Contest Submission contains distinctly different content.

There are (2) parts to the Promotion: (a) a series of monthly skill contests in which winners will be determined based on the decisions of a Judging Panel and (b) a series of weekly sweepstakes in which winners will be determined on the basis of random selection.
How the Contest Works: The Sponsor is posing (3) different challenge contests (“Challenges”) during each of the (3) Monthly Contest Periods. Visit www.chickenofthesea.com/possibilities (“Promotional Website”) to find a new “In the Kitchen Challenge”, “Better Everyday Challenge”, and “Go Big Challenge” (“Contest Challenge Categories”) for each of the three (3) Monthly Contest themes. Pick a Contest Challenge Category in any given Monthly Contest and complete it. Prepare a brief written description (“Written Description”) (no longer than two hundred fifty (250) characters) of your experience in completing the challenge. Optionally you can take either a supporting photo (“Photo”), OR create a video (“Video”) that describes, explains and/or captures the spirit of your completed Challenge.
How the Weekly Sweepstakes Works: Any Contest Submission received in any given Weekly Sweepstakes Period will constitute one (1) entry (“Entry”) and will be included in the Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing for the Weekly Sweepstakes Period in which it is received as well as being “rolled forward” for inclusion in all subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Drawings. However there is a limit of one (1) Weekly prize per person. Each week one (1) potential Weekly Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that given week according to the schedule in Section 1) of these Official Rules. NOTE: Being selected as a Weekly Sweepstakes Winner is not an affirmation of the content of your Contest Submission and has no bearing or impact in the judging process to determine the Monthly Contest Winners.
