Prizes: Each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period Rayovac will select 1-10 winners at random using www.random.org from all entrants received that week. The one to ten Friday Rayovac Fan Friday Sweepstakes winners will each receive multiple battery packs. A total of up to 240 Prizes will be distributed to each of the winners at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Total ARV of all the prizes shall not exceed $5,000.

Open only to residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) age 18 or older (or the age of majority in entrant's state of residence), who have a user account on Facebook.

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes once per week.
