(1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (“Trip Package”) for the Grand Prize winner and up to (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a Minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such Minor Guest. The Trip Package shall consist of the following:

(i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA;

(ii) (3) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area (at Sponsor’s sole determination) (1 room, quad occupancy, room and tax only);

(iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel and the Set (as defined below) (GP Winner and Guests are solely responsible for their own transportation to/from their respective residence(s) and the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor);

(iv) opportunity to attend a tour of the production set of a Nickelodeon live-action television series, as solely determined by Sponsor (the “Set”) for GP Winner and Guests; and,

(vi) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner only in the form of a Visa gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of the card issuer); and

(vii) (1) Dole Fruitocracy Prize Pack for GP Winner consisting of the following items: (A) (4) guitar picks, (B) (4) pairs of socks, (C) (2) multi-pack hair ties, (D) two (2) slouch beanies, and (E) (4) T-shirts.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,898.

If you are considered under the age of majority in your state of residence (18, except AL and NE [19] and MS [21]) (“Minor”), you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) prior to entering and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, and (ii) be between the ages of (8) and twelve (12) years old at the time of entry or the Parent of a child who is between the ages of (6) and (12) years old at the time of entry (each a “Participant”).
