Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) to New York City to attend one (1) scheduled Good Morning America Winter Concert Series performance of winner’s choice for any scheduled GMA Winter Concert between 2/22/16 and 5/1/16. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) between a major airport near winner’s home and New York City (If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 mile radius of New York City, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation may be provided by Sponsor (at their sole discretion) between Grand Prize winner’s home and hotel, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value), 2 nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing, round-trip ground transportation to and from arrival airport and VIP Treatment at the GMA concert. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive $500 in cash or cash equivalent, and a $1000 Hilton HHonors Gift Card (terms and conditions of Gift Cards apply). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,300.00 each).

Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize winner will receive a $500 Hilton HHonors Gift Card (terms of Gift Card apply). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.00 each).

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $8,100.00.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period.
