The Sweepstakes will award one (1) grand prize (the "Prize"). The Prize consists of a roundtrip airfare (coach) for winner and guest to Nice, France (or the closest major airport to Monaco, France) including hotel accommodations for five nights (standard room based on double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Grand Prix (the "Event") to be held on May 26-29, 2016; transportation to and from the airport in France and transportation from hotel to the Event (depending on location of hotel to Event) and Five Hundred US Dollars spending cash.

Total approximate retail value of Prize is Twelve Thousand Dollars (US$12,000.00).

Open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes; and (c) a registered user of the CBSI Service.

Participants that share the Sweepstakes with friends and will receive one (1) additional entry for each friend that signs up. Limit of five (5) shares per person for a maximum of six (6) entries per person.
