Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for four (4) to New York, New York, which includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests between the major U.S. commercial airport in the United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York; (ii) round trip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York; (iii) first-class hotel accommodations for three (3) days and two (2) nights (one quad occupancy room, room rate and tax only); and (iv) a trip to the Food Network kitchens. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,160.

Runner-Up Prize: Each of the ten (10) Runner-Up Prize Winners will receive a Little Debbie prize pack (each a “Runner-Up Prize”). ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $15.

You are asked to transform a Little Debbie® product into a creative, kid-friendly, edible treat using a Little Debbie product plus unlimited additional ingredients. Your Submissions for the Promotion must consist of (i) a photo showing the completed dessert creation, and (ii) a description (no more than 200 words) of how the treat was prepared and how the Little Debbie product is incorporated (collectively, the “Submissions” and each, a “Submission”).
