(1) Prize: The winner will receive the vehicle listed in the entry, up to $25,000, provided the vehicle listed in the entry is located within a 50-mile radius to the winner’s residence. If the selected vehicle is less than $25,000, the winner will also receive a check for the amount of the difference between the purchase price of the vehicle and $25,000. If the vehicle purchase price exceeds $25,000, the winner will be responsible for any amount exceeding $25,000. If the vehicle is located outside of the 50-mile radius or the vehicle listed in the entry is no longer available for sale, the winner will receive a check in the amount of $25,000, made payable to the winner. Winner is responsible for taking delivery of the vehicle in accordance with the seller’s agreement. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax, title, or licensing fees.

The ARV of the Prize is $25,000.

Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Entry Limit: Each Entrant may submit up to (1) Entry per each social media platform per day. If more than (1) Entry is received from the same Entrant per social media platform per day, only the first Entry received may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be considered valid. Maximum of (2) Entries per day as set forth above.

Bonus Entry on Monday, November 30, 2015: From 12:00 AM (midnight) ET to 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday November 30, 2015 ONLY, each Entry received will earn an Entrant (2) entries into the random drawing, for a maximum of (4) total entries into the random drawing – (2) entries per each social media platform.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, a person who is eligible to enter this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules (an "Entrant") must search for his/her dream car at www.autotrader.com. Once the Entrant has found the listing of his/her dream car (the “Listing’), he/she may only enter the Sweepstakes by posting both the Listing’s URL along with the hashtag #HaulidaySweepstakes, to either (i) the Entrant’s Twitter account or (ii) the Sponsor’s Facebook Wall at www.facebook.com/autotrader as a comment to the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Post.

Entrants who enter via Twitter must follow @AutoTrader_com for winner notification purposes. Entrants who enter via Facebook must post the Entry as a comment to the Sweepstakes post on the Page. Note that Facebook 2 postings to the Entrant’s personal Facebook Wall, another user’s Facebook Wall, or on the Sponsor’s Wall NOT as a comment to the Sweepstakes Post are invalid.
