HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, Entrants who visit their local J.C. Penney's (to find a participating JCPenney location go to www.jcpenney.com) will receive an Invitation (each containing a unique code) to enter the Sweepstakes (enter Sweepstakes at www.jcpenney.com/sweepstakes). Entrant will be instructed to follow the on-screen instructions on the site to complete the official registration and enter their Unique Code ("Code") found on their Invitation. Upon completion of the registration/entry process, Entrant will earn (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one code per person/registration/email address. Codes may only be used once. Duplicate entries received at any time during the Promotion Period; with the same Code will be void. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
To enter without a code: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to: Marden-Kane, Inc., Attention: BH – JCP Black Friday, 195 Froehlich Farm Blvd, Woodbury, New York 11797. Limit of one entry per mailing envelope. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Maximum of 4 mail in entries allowed (completed envelopes). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Mailed in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2015 and received by December 4, 2015.
