Prize Details
Nominee Prizes: Five (5) Nominees will be selected to receive a selection of Graco® products valued at USD $1,500.00, as specified by Sponsor, and $650.00 cash (U.S.Dollars) (hereinafter, a “Winning Nominee”). Cash will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winning Nominee.
Nominator Prizes: The Five (5) Nominators who nominated a Winning Nominee (hereinafter, a “Winning Nominator”) will receive an American Express Gift card valued at one hundred ($100.00) dollars, and will also be provided with the option to travel with representatives of Graco to visit their Winning Nominee in order to assist in awarding the Nominee Prize. The awarding of the Nominee Prizes will take place between December 8, 2015 and December 19, 2015. A Winning Nominator’s trip includes: roundtrip, coach air transportation for the Winning Nominator from the nearest major gateway airport to the Winning Nominator’s home to the nearest major gateway airport to the Winning Nominee’s home, two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), rental car (eligible drivers only; excludes gas, tolls, parking,insurance, collision damage waiver and is subject to car rental terms & conditions) and air & hotel taxes. If a Winning Nominator lives within 50 miles of a Winning Nominee,ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air.
The total approximate retail value for all prizes awardedin this Contest is $17,000.00 USD.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e.,excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein at the time of entry. Each Entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in his/her state of primary residence at the time of Submission.
