(3) Finalist Prizes: A trip for the Finalist Prize winner and one guest to San Francisco, California to attend Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016. Grand Prize includes: round-trip, airfare for the Finalist Prize winner and one guest to San Francisco, California; four nights’ hotel accommodations, in one double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); two tickets for the Finalist Prize winner and guest to attend Super Bowl 50; and $500 spending cash to the Finalist Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a check, intended to be used for meals and ground transportation. Each Finalist Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check to the winner only. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Finalist Prize value, which may vary based on factors described. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Finalist Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $3,863.64. The Finalist Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the prize. ARV of the Finalist Prize: $11,363.64.

(1) Grand Prize: One cash payment of $50,000 to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner via corporate check.

Rules

Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry/winning.

To enter the Contest, you must have a Microsoft Account, available for free at https://signup.live.com.

Select the applicable category for your idea to innovate and evolve the NFL, and submit a 3,000 word maximum Vision Proposal that covers what the vision is, who it impacts, and how it evolves the game of football, or one video (3 minute maximum length) that sells your idea/vision to the judging team, or both such Vision Proposal and video, and up to three supporting documents.
