(5) Winners with $100 (total value to not exceed $500).

Open to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one of the Fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) and who are at least eighteen years of age as of November 16, 2015 or at the time of entry, whichever occurs first.

Only one entry allowed in a 24-hour period, entering more than once per 24-hour period is prohibited.
