The Grand Prize Winner shall receive (i) One (1) autographed Lady Antebellum Wheels Up Tour DVD and (ii) one (1) Lady Antebellum Heartland Delta Queen Bedroom Set which will include a duvet set, sheet set, euro shams, coordinating decorative pillows and coordination window panels (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $259.94.
