Grand Prize: The Grand Prize is a 3 night/4 day Walt Disney World® Resort vacation in 2016 for eight (8) persons (“Grand Prize vacation”) and comprised of: round trip coach airfare, on a carrier of BLACK+DECKER’s choice, between the major airport in the U.S. closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Orlando International Airport for eight (8) people; ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express® service; two (2) standard rooms with a maximum of four (4) persons per room or one (1) two-bedroom villa at a deluxe hotel at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort (selected by Disney in its sole discretion; room is subject to availability) for three (3) nights; eight (8) 4-day Magic Your Way® tickets with Park Hopper® Option; one (1) Disney VIP Tour for up to six (6) hours on one (1) day during the Grand Prize vacation; one (1) Disney Gift Card (subject to restrictions) in the amount of $1,000; up to $800 in spa services at a location at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney; one (1) Character Breakfast (selected by Disney) for eight (8) persons; and one (1) check in the amount of $3,000 issued by BLACK+DECKER to the Grand Prize Winner to assist with any tax liabilities associated with the Grand Prize. In order for the Grand Prize Winner to receive the $3,000 check, he/she must have gone on the Grand Prize vacation or he/she will forfeit the check. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $20,350.

Weekly Prize: The Weekly Prize is one (1) BLACK+DECKER 20V MAX* Lithium 4-Tool Combo Kit model #BDCD2204KIT (approximate retail value $175).

The total approximate retail value of all prizes in this Giveaway is $22,625.

Open only to persons who are legal residents of any of the 50 states of the USA or Washington, D.C., 21 years of age or older the time of entry in this Giveaway and have a valid USA driver’s license or other official form of personal identification.
