One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize package includes:

(a) Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Travel Companion") from a major airport in the continental U.S. near Grand Prize Winner's residence (determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to an airport servicing Scotland. Transportation to and from major airport is included. Travel to and from the distillery visits and to and from hosted dinners is included. Trip must be booked and taken prior to December 30, 2016. Travel blackout dates may apply. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Desired travel dates must be requested at least 60 days prior to preferred travel period. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; (4) Scotland distillery, selected by the Fleming's Wine Director (d) three dinner accommodations (each dinner is prepaid up to the amount indicated in the itinerary and one lunch at the distillery; (e) morning activity for two such as clay shooting, archery, fishing.

The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,000-$8,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
