One (1) Grand Prize will be available, consisting of: (i) two (2) premium admission tickets to TBD Festival Summer 2016, (ii) four (4) day, three (3) night accommodations for two (Winner and guest) in a double occupancy room, (iii) commercial airfare for two, (iv) and ground transportation to and from festival.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,400.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
