“Grand Prize”: The Grand Prize will consist of: roundtrip coach class airfare for one (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from one of the 48 contiguous US states to New Orleans; 2 nights, one room with double occupancy at a New Orleans hotel; $200 cash for food and ground transportation during stay in New Orleans ($400 total); 1 TRX® Fit Suspension Trainer; 2 TRX® shirts; and 2 tickets to attend the December 27, 2015 New Orleans Saints game with a meet & greet opportunity arranged by Administrator with Drew Brees on the following day. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,473.00 USD (i.e., $1,800 roundtrip airfare for 2; $500 for 2 nights accommodation; $400 total cash stipend; $129 TRX® Fit Suspension Trainer; $44 for 2 TRX® shirts; and $600 for 2 tickets to football game).

“First Prize”: First Prize will consist of either one (1) TRX® Fit Suspension Trainer (a total of 5 such prizes); one (1) TRX shirt (a total of 20 such prizes); or one (1) TRX® water bottle [a total of 25 such prizes]. The approximate retail value of all First Prizes (50 in total) is $1,459 USD (i.e., $645 for 5 TRX® Fit Suspension Trainers; $440 for each of the 20 TRX® shirts; and $373.75 for each of the 25 TRX® water bottles).

TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF ALL PRIZES: $4,932.00.

An "Entrant" is a person who is a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the state in which he/she resides as of the time of entering the Sweepstakes.
