ARV of each grand prize package: $2,500.00.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES (5,000): Each prize consists of one Code valid for one movie certificate redeemable for two movie admissions (up to $26.00 total value) to see the Film or any other Disney movie of choice at a participating theater in the U.S. at any showing including those designated as "no coupons, no passes" in local theater listing guides.

Total maximum ARV of all Sweepstakes and Instant Win prizes: $91,200.
