The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to attend a concert featuring the Artists in Las Vegas, NV on October 17, 2015 (the “Event”).

The trip shall consist of the following:

(i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall depart from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion) and arrive at a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice in or around Las Vegas, NV, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion, on October 16, 2015, and shall return to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion) from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice in or around Las Vegas, NV, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion, on October 18, 2015. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event;

(ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations on October 16, 2015 and October 17, 2015, at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice, in their sole discretion, in or around Las Vegas, NV for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included);

(iii) two (2) tickets to attend the Event; and (iv) an Artists’ merchandise bundle (collectively, the “Grand”).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,769.00.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
