One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip to Super Bowl 50 which includes two (2) reserved tickets to see Super Bowl 50 at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, CA scheduled to take place on February 7, 2016; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the United States or Canada (except Quebec) to San Jose, San Francisco or Oakland departing on February 4, 2016 and returning on February 8, 2016; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for four (4) nights / five (5) days; and a $200 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: Six Thousand Five Dollars ($6,500.00).

Seventeen (17) First Place prizes each prize consisting of two (2) tickets to winner's choice of one (1) NFL 2015 regular season game (last game of the 2015 regular season is scheduled to take place on January 3, 2016). Approximate Retail Value of each First Place prize is: Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($750.00).

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of United States of America or Canada (except Quebec) who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per week per method of entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
