One (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) a three-day, two-night trip to New York City to attend a fancy dinner and tickets to a Broadway show of Sponsor’s choice (the “Grand Prize”). Trip package includes:

(i) roundtrip airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City;

(ii) ground transportation between the airport and hotel;

(iii) standard hotel accommodations for 2 nights/3 days (double room occupancy);

(iv) dinner for two (2) at a fancy restaurant in New York City of Sponsor’s choosing;

(v) two (2) tickets to a Broadway show of Sponsor’s choosing; and

(vi) a $500 Visa® Gift Card for spending money for the Grand Prize Winner (the “Trip Package”).

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500.

Open to all legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, as of September 1, 2015, and have reached the age of majority in the state of residence.
