(5) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes: Each Sweepstakes grand prize is a trip for (2), the winner and a guest of his/her choosing, to California Wine Country. Grand Prize includes roundtrip airfare for up to (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and California Wine Country (exact location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (6) days and (5) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy). Grand Prizes will also include meals and a winery tour. If a winner or any guest is under (21) years of age they cannot participate in any wine tasting portion of the prize. All details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $10,000.

Instant Prizes:
Instant Win First Prizes (10, 1 per Week): Each Instant Win first prize is a farm to flavor adventure (“Instant Win First Prize”). The Instant Win First Prize includes an in-home dinner prepared by a chef (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for up to (8) people in winner’s home. Sponsor will coordinate and arrange all details with each winner. Each Instant Win First Prize must be scheduled by May 31, 2016 and must be fulfilled by December 31, 2016 or prize may be forfeited. The ARV of each Instant Win First Prize is $1,000.

Instant Win Second Prizes (990, 99 per Week): Each Instant Win second prize is a voucher for (1) free Alexia product (“Instant Win Second Prize”).
ARV of each Instant Win Second Prize is $4.25.

The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $64,207.50.

There is a limit of (1) Sweepstakes entry per entrant per day. An entrant will receive no more than (1) Game Play per day during the Promotion Period.
