(5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize includes: (a) round-trip, airfare tickets for each Grand Prize winner and their (1) guest (guest must be 18+ years old with a valid US Passport with at least (6) months validity from December of 2015) from a major airport near each Grand Prize winner`s residence in the United States (as selected by Monster in its sole discretion) to Venice, Italy; (b) (1) night standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for each Grand Prize winner and their (1) guest in Venice, Italy; (c) ground transportation for each Grand Prize winner and their (1) guest between the airport and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy; (c) four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for each Grand Prize winner and their one (1) guest in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy; three (3) days of skiing/snowboarding at Contrina D’ampezzo, including equipment rentals and lessons for each Grand Prize winner and their one (1) guest; (d) a backcountry helicopter tour for each Grand Prize winner and their one (1) guest; and (e) One Thousand United States Dollars (USD$1,000) in spending money. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is: $6,800. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $34,000.
First Prize: One Hundred (100) “First Prizes” are available to be won. Each First Prize includes: one (1) Custom Monster Energy® Sage Kotsenburg APO Snowboard; one (1) Monster Energy Rolling Snowboard Bag; one (1) Monster Energy® backpack; and one (1) pair of Union snowboard bindings. The ARV of each First Prize is: $825. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $82,500.
Total ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes will not exceed $116,500 U.S.D.

Open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in Entrant’s State of residence, whichever is greater, or older, at the time of entry with a valid US Passport with at least six (6) months of validity from December of 2015.
