150 Prize Winners: Each prize winner will receive a two (2) Carter’s Gift Card valued at one hundred fifty dollars ($150).

The total ARV of all prizes being awarded is forty five thousand dollars ($45,000).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their participation and entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may submit, however if Entrant is using the Twitter, Instagram or Website Entry Method each photo and/or video submitted must be a different image and must adhere to the photo/video submission guidelines.

An entry via the Twitter, Instagram and Website Entry Method is defined as a photograph (the “photo”) and/or video (video cannot be uploaded via Twitter) that is taken by an Entrant of his or her child or children participating in a sweet moment. Examples of sweet moments include but are not limited to a child or children: a) celebrating a birthday; b) having a cute expression; or c) playing and having fun. ENTRANT MUST BE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD OR CHILDREN DEPICTED IN THE PHOTO AND/OR VIDEO.

Telephone Entry Method: To enter the Sweepstakes via the Telephone Entry Method during the Sweepstakes Period an Entrant: a) must call Toll-Free 1-877-642-5666; and b) must leave an intelligible message with the name of the Sweepstakes, his or her full name, address with street, city, state, postal code (P.O.
