There will be three (3) winners of the Contest. Each winner will be allowed a guest travel companion ("Guest") each of whom must be 21 years of age or older.

One (1) winning Entrant will be awarded a three-day / two-night vacation trip package for the winner and one (1) Guest, to New York, New York (the "New York Prize"). The New York Prize details include round-trip coach airfare (airline and routing, dates, and times to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator); accommodations for two (2) nights at standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator; a personal styling session for the winner and his/her Guest; access to and/or inclusion for the winner and his/her Guest in the following activities: a musical performance and a custom experience (e.g., a culinary session with a professional chef); and potential participation and/or inclusion of the winner and his/her Guest in one or more Promotional Videos to be filmed in New York, New York.

One (1) winning Entrant will be awarded a three-day / two-night vacation trip package for the winner and one (1) Guest, to Alaska (the "Alaska Prize"). The Alaska Prize details include round-trip coach airfare (airline and routing, dates, and times to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator); accommodations for two (2) nights at standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator; a custom style package for the winner and his/her Guest; access to and/or inclusion for the winner and his/her Guest in the following activities: a guided dogsledding tour, helicopter tour, and kayaking experience; and potential participation and/or inclusion of the winner and his/her Guest in one or more Promotional Videos to be filmed in Alaska.

One (1) winning Entrant will be awarded a three-day / two-night vacation trip package for the winner and one (1) Guest, to Hawaii (the "Hawaii Prize"). The Hawaii Prize details include round-trip coach airfare (airline and routing, dates, and times to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator); accommodations for two (2) nights at standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator; a custom style package for the winner and his/her Guest; access to and/or inclusion for the winner and his/her Guest in the following activities: an island plane tour, hiking tour, and a private dinner; and potential participation and/or inclusion of the winner and his/her Guest in one or more Promotional Videos to be filmed in Hawaii.

Each of the New York Prize, Alaska Prize, and Hawaii Prize may be referred to individually as a "Prize" and collectively as the "Prizes". Exact details of each Prize will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and Administrator. Approximate retail value ("A.R.V.") of each Prize is $10,000.

The total ARV of all available prizes in this Contest is $30,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
