GRAND PRIZE (1):
A maximum of five trips to destinations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each trip package will include round trip, coach-class transportation for the Grand Prize Winner from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home to the destination of the Sponsor’s choosing; up to three nights’ accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) for each trip; ground transportation for duration of each trip and meals. ARV for each trip: Up to $2,000. Maximum Total ARV for all trips: Up to $10,000.

Check for $15,000. A check in the amount of $15,000 in recognition of the services he/she is to have performed as stated in Grand Prize Winner Responsibilities will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner in May 2016.

Rules

Open only to legal residents of the forty eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are or will be at least twenty-five years old as of 8/26/15. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii and all other jurisdictions are ineligible to enter or win. The Contest is void in jurisdictions other than those stated above and wherever prohibited.

Limit: Only one Submission per Entrant or household address during the Contest regardless of the email address used.

Review and Additional Information

Submit three brief essays and a short video supporting why a panel of Contest judges should select you as the Spokesperson.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: In order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner agrees, in consideration of Sponsor’s awarding of the Grand Prize hereunder, to execute Sponsor’s standard form spokesperson agreement with terms and conditions customary to such engagement and will engage in the following activities during the Scheduled Trips as may be assigned or required on the dates and at the times specified by Sponsor:

Half to full day educational training regarding Sponsor’s products in City, State of Sponsor’s choice;
Hands-on training that will provide anecdotes for interviews and content, e.g.
ability to taste test pies in a test kitchen setting or on the factory line, learning about Sponsor’s signature hand touches; involvement in creation of new flavor;
One half day media training;
Act as the Spokesperson on designated media interviews either in person, via email or by phone for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holidays;
Create 10 original usage ideas to Marie Callender’s Pie within the creative guidelines provided by Sponsor;
Participate in a content production day that captures both video and photos;
Share content on his/her personal social channels and blogs as applicable. As requested by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner must create an account with any applicable social channels and blogs.
