One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-night/4-day vacation for winner and up to three (3) travel companions to the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida that includes:

1. Round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation shall not be provided but, instead, the winner will be provided a cash/gift card compensation to defray the cost of transportation. Winner will be responsible for any fees or additional costs, if any, associated with the travel including, but not limited to, up-charges for seat changes, food and beverage costs, and baggage charges.

2. Round-trip ground transportation for the winner and three (3) guests between the Orlando International Airport and a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel on Disney’s Magical Express® Service; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transportation between the airport and hotel shall not be provided.

3. One (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) in a “Moderate” category hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort, selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion and based on availability, for three (3) consecutive nights.

4. Sixteen (16) 1-Day, 1-Park theme park tickets

5. One (1) SMS Audio swag bag. Items in the bag are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Its approximate retail value (“ARV”) will not exceed $192.00.

ARV of Grand Prize is $4,999.
