(1) Grand Prize consisting of one Music Midtown Rock Flight which includes two VIP general admission standing room weekend passes to Music Midtown at Piedmont Park scheduled to take place on September 18, 2015 and September 19, 2015; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S. to Atlanta, Georgia departing on September 17, 2015 and returning on September 20, 2015; one double occupancy standard hotel room for three nights/four days; two Music Midtown Festival t-shirts; and two Music Midtown Festival posters. Value of the Grand Prize is: $3,700.00.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry. Promotion may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions.
