Grand Prizes (10): The grand prize is a VIP college football experience for winner and three (3) adult guests (“Grand Prize”). Each Grand Prize includes round-trip air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to a major commercial airport near the football game destination (“Game Destination”, as set forth in the chart below) for winner and three (3) adult guests; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms/double occupancy); round-trip ground transportation between the airport, hotel, and game in the Game Destination only; four (4) tickets to attend the college football game associated with that Random Drawing Date (as set forth in the chart below); dinner for one (1) night for winner and three (3) adult guests; and four (4) memorabilia gift bags (items to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is set forth in the chart below.

First Prize (1): The first prize is one (1) $3,000 Stub Hub Gift Card (“First Prize”). Only one (1) First Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of the First Prize is $3,000.

Second Prize (1): The second prize is one (1) $1,000 Stub Hub Gift Card (“Second Prize”). Only one (1) Second Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of the Second Prize is $1,000.

Third Prizes (230, 10 per Entry Period): The third prize is one (1) $200 Stub Hub Gift Card (“Second Prize”). Two hundred thirty (230) Third Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes, ten (10) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Third Prize is $200. The total ARV of all Third Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $46,000.

Fourth Prizes (230, 10 per Entry Period): The fourth prize is a cooler (22.5” X 14.5” X 16”) with USB charger, water resistant Bluetooth speakers, interior LED lighting, built-in bottle opener and heavy duty wheels (“Fourth Prize”). Two hundred thirty (230) Fourth Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes, ten (10) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $243. The total ARV of all Fourth Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $55,890.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $175,915.

Offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
