GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each Grand Prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Orlando”) to experience Halloween Horror Nights 25. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an on-site hotel (“Hotel”) as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and Hotel in Orlando, FL; four (4) admission tickets to experience two (2) event nights of Halloween Horror Nights 25 including Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes for each ticket; and two (2) 3-Day Park-to-Park theme park tickets good for admission to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® theme parks including the Universal Express Unlimited entitlement. Note: Travel must occur between September 30, 2015 and November 2, 2015 or prize will be forfeited. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each Grand Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight and 66/100 Dollars ($2,928.66).

FIRST PRIZE: twenty-five (25) First Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) Halloween Horror Nights 25 specialty T-Shirt (from available sizes and styles and awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and a Jack the Clown Uni Mini. The ARV of each First Prize is Forty-One and 90/100 Dollars ($41.90).

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and 80/100 Dollars ($15,690.80).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
