FIRST PRIZE: (1) First Prize consisting of a KitchenAid Mixer. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of First Prize is three hundred dollars ($300.00).

SECOND PRIZE: (1) Second Prize consisting of a KitchenAid Slow Cooker. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of Second Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Total ARV for all prizes is ten thousand four hundred dollars (ARV $10,400.00).

Entrants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, (1) of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and territories, anywhere outside of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
