Open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are at least 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: : Limit one (1) Entry per household during the Promotion Period regardless of which method of entry is used. In order to participate, you must create and maintain a Babies"R"Us "Baby Registry" valid through the end of the Promotion Period. To be eligible, "Baby Registry" must have a due date of 7/22/15 or later. "Baby Registry" registration is free and only required once throughout the Promotion Period. Entry Methods are as follows:
a. If you have an existing "Baby Registry", during the Promotion Period, add $50 or more of Playtex brand items (i.e., based on listed, pre-tax prices) to your online registry or go to your local Babies"R"Us retail location, obtain a scanner at the Baby Registry Desk and scan any of the items listed above to receive an automatic Entry. Playtex brand items must remain in your Baby Registry as of the end of the Promotion Period. (If your Baby Registry already includes $50 or more Playtex brand items prior to the Promotion Period, you will automatically receive an entry if such items remain in your Baby Registry as of the end of the Promotion Period). While you must add the item(s) to your registry, you are NOT required to purchase the item(s).
b. If you do not have an existing "Baby Registry", you can set up a "Baby Registry" at any participating Babies"R"Us store or by registering online by visiting http://www.babiesrus.com/ and by clicking on the "Baby Registry" link located on the home page. You will be asked to provide your name, maiden/alternate name, mailing address (with zip code), e-mail address and phone number. You will also be asked to select a password and the expected arrival date of your baby as well as other general questions about your baby. Once you have registered, add $50 or more of Playtex brand items (i.e., based on listed, pre-tax prices) to your online registry or go to your local Babies"R"Us retail location, obtain a scanner at the Baby Registry Desk and scan any of the items listed to receive an automatic Entry. Playtex brand items must remain in your Baby Registry as of the end of the Promotion Period. While you must add the item(s) to your registry, you are NOT required to purchase the item(s).
