Grand Prize winner will receive a five day/four night vacation package for Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen guests, to the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests may consist of the entire Team and/or family and friends of the Grand Prize Winner or Team. Trip will include: [a] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and up to fourteen Guests between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (if the Grand Prize Winner lives within 250 miles of a Walt Disney
World Resort airfare and roundtrip airport ground transfers will not be provided); [b] fifteen roundtrip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort via Disney's Magical Express Motor Coach Service; [c] complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort; [d] room accommodations consisting of up to four hotel rooms (based on quad occupancy per room) for a total of four nights at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel; [e] up to fifteen 4-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option – one for the Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; [f] team sports registration in a Disney created, owned, and
operated youth sports “open” baseball tournament or event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World; [g] up to fifteen “event/tournament t-shirts” – one for the Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; [h] a game-day photography experience which will include photographer for one (1) selected game played by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests which will include a CD of all pictures from the one selected game; [i] one mock ESPN The Magazine cover photo for the Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests; and [j] an individual box lunch - one for the Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her Guests to be eaten during for one of the Team's
scheduled games. “ARV of the Grand Prize is $23,968. This prize also includes a cash amount of up to $8,389 to be used toward the payment of taxes including, to the extent applicable, any withholdings required by law.

Open only to persons, who are, as of entry: (i) not minors as defined by their state of primary residence, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii); (ii) associated directly with an 8U to 18U youth baseball team as either an immediate family member, a coach, or team manager of a player on the Team.

Entries are limited to one Entry per Member for each day during the Entry Period, whether a Member has more than one Address or more than one person uses the same Address.
