How to Obtain a Code:
You will need an entry code ("Code") to participate in the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may obtain a Code using (1) of the following (4) methods:
1. Make a Purchase: Beginning 7/1/2015, look for specially-marked Community Coffee 12 ounce bags or 12 count K-Cup® boxes at participating locations where Community Coffee products are sold, while supplies last. Specially-marked bags or boxes contain Code on the package.
2. Without a Purchase (Limited Time Codes):
a. Between 7/1/2015 – 7/31/2015, each Entrant may use the Code ‘COFFEE15’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Preseason Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Preseason Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
b. Between 7/1/2015 – 9/12/2015, each Entrant may use the Code ‘LUVMYCCC’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Phase One Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Phase One Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
c. Between 9/13/2015 – 12/31/2015, each Entrant may use the Code ‘CCOFFICE’ to participate in the Promotion (‘Overtime Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Overtime Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
3. Without a Purchase (Online): To obtain a Code without making a purchase during the Promotion Period, each Entrant may visit www.ccctailgatetraditionscode.com and follow the on-line instructions provided to receive a unique Code to participate in the Promotion (‘Free Code’). There is a maximum of one (1) Free Code allowed per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
4. Without a Purchase (Mail-In Code Request): To obtain a Code without making a purchase from 7/1/2015 – 12/17/2015, an Entrant must legibly hand print his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid email address on a 3½”x5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to: “Community Coffee Tailgate Traditions Instant Win and Sweepstakes ", P.O. Box 278 Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by 12/17/2015 and received by 12/24/2015. Mail-in code requests will be deemed to be submitted on the day they are postmarked. Maximum of (1) mail-in code request per day per person from 7/1/2015 – 12/17/2015 is permitted. If more than one (1) mail-in code request with the same postmark date is received from an Entrant during the Promotion Period, only the first mail-in code request received from that Entrant will be valid. All remaining mail-in code with the same postmark date which were received from that Entrant will be void. For each valid entry, Administrator will send one (1) Code by email to the email address provided on the postcard received. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered emails. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified.
